Review: I cannot recommend Ali from WDR highly enough! From start to finish, this was hands down the best roofing experience I could have ever hoped for. Ali is not only honest, knowledgeable, and professional, but he’s also an absolute legend when it comes to customer service. I had never gone through an insurance claim for roof repairs before, and Ali took the time to explain the entire process to me in detail. His patience and dedication were impressive, and it was clear how much he cares about his work and his company.Ali is incredibly loyal to WDR and the owner, Brad, who happens to be his friend. This loyalty really shines through. You can tell he takes immense pride in representing his company. On the day of the roof build, Ali was on-site the entire day, managing the crew, directing the project, and even getting his hands dirty—loading, building, inspecting—you name it, and I witnessed that myself when I was watching him building a few of my neighbors' roofs, Ali was on it! He even took me up on the roof before they finished to show me my new, high-quality roof. His passion for his work is real, and you can see how much he truly loves what he does.But get this—Ali went above and beyond! The day before the roof was built, while I was at work, he came over to my house and rebuilt about 30% of my fence, including the back gate, and power washed and stained the whole thing—all in just a few hours. I mean, who does that?! It was such an unexpected and generous gesture, and it shows the kind of person Ali is.The whole crew worked seamlessly around him, with confidence and great energy. And, of course, I have to mention Ali’s famous watermelon breaks! It kept the team cool and happy during the work, and it was just one more example of Ali’s fun, friendly leadership style.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Ali is the real deal. Honest, professional, and loyal—both to his craft and his team. If Brad ever reads this, he's lucky to have a friend and colleague like Ali.
