Review: We needed a new roof, following hail damage from last fall. In the past, I have used just asphalt shingles. But sometimes, you get what you pay for.Balcones roofing and remodeling exceeded all of our expectations. Kyle gave me information on metal roofs and fwave roofing as well. I researched information, and decided that upgrading the roof would likely result in much better protection from future storms.Kyle worked with us throughout the entire process, often times daily, to answer questions and to keep us updated. Karl assisted us from the office, quickly and whenever needed. Kevin was on-site for the job, taking care of all the planning and coordination in job completion.This was a major job, much more than just replacing shingles. The new roof looks great, and is expected to offer superior protection from storms and hail.Kyle also filed paperwork with our homeowners insurance, helping to make the paperwork easier for us.If you need a new roof, you owe it to yourself to get a bid from Balcones roofing and remodeling, and have a conversation regarding roofing options .

Review: The Balcones team did a great job with our roof. They protected our bushes and shrubbery, were personable & considerate, and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend getting a bid from Karl & Kyle if you need a new roof. They were very honest through our whole process.

Review: Th Balcones team was next level service and communication. We had a seamless experience with the whole process and team. Local family with high values. I hope I don’t need a roof replaced but I can trust that they would be the perfect team handle it. I’ve also seen the roofs they installed in the neighborhood. They look great. The Fwave roofing product also is top tier! Great job guys.
