Review: 2021 new roof due to loose shingles with no leaks. Insurance and Blue Jack put a new lifetime roof . The first hard rain I had leaks in the kitchen. Luke came out twice and had to cut the ceiling open to find a bent nail. They patched the ceiling and painted. 2 months ago SAME AREA is LEAKING again. Luke came out sprayed spots on the roof and circled the spots in the kitchen. He said they would be back to patch the ceiling and make it right. THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING . Luke has NOT returned a call or text in 3 weeks. I DID NOT HAVE LEAKS BEFORE BLUE JACK ROOFING.
