Review: The service I received was respectful. The roofer was excellent in every aspect. The sales representative, Christopher, sat down with me and went through the three options available to me. Once I had settled on the most cost-effective solution, and after the 10% deposit had been paid, the team showed up in three days. It would have been sooner, but we had some rain. The boss gave me a call and made sure to be present at the start, during, and on the final day to guarantee that his team was executing a professional roof installation. They did a thorough clean-up, not leaving behind a single piece of debris. They had to tear off the old roof, install new decking boards, shingles, rolled roofing, and peel-and-stick material. The new roof has an incredible mix of colors, with high-definition greys, blues, and greens. Everything surpassed my expectations, as I didn't have any since I wasn't sure what to expect. This was a pleasant and necessary, albeit expensive, investment in my home. The roofer definitely put his best foot forward and offered the best price. Three other roofing companies that I had called for estimates quoted me at least $1200 more. All in all, my experience with this roofing company in Austin was top-notch.

Review: We've been using a certain roofing company for our regular maintenance program for several years and we've only had positive interactions. Twice a year, they conduct a thorough inspection of our roof in Austin to make sure everything is in good condition, properly sealed and free from any organic or other debris that could potentially compromise the weather-proof nature of the system. Maxwell ensures our gutters are clean, provides updates on any damage caused by other workers who had to access the roof, and gives detailed reports on the condition of the outside building sealant as well as the storm systems. Review: My dad constructed a room at the rear of the home 30 years ago and I saw some water seepage when the storm hit. I contacted three separate roofing businesses and got estimates for the fixes. Out of the three representatives who came to inspect the porch roof, only Howard from one of the firms took accurate measurements of the two skylights on the porch roof. The estimate they gave wasn't the least expensive, but I chose them because I believed they would deliver the best quality and value. I'm overjoyed that I made that choice. Within two days, I had a new roof and the porch is now waterproof. I was occasionally up on the roof observing Ryan and his team as they installed the new roof. The seams were heated and bonded properly. A new flashing was put in 1' into the brick around the chimney. Double layers of TPO were placed where the seams met. These guys were extremely meticulous in their efforts to make my roof waterproof. The team exceeded my expectations by constructing two boxes that they installed beneath my skylights, eliminating the need for me to make any cosmetic adjustments to the skylight boxes. I'm pretty skilled myself; I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and professionalism of Ryan and his team. If I have any roofing needs in the future, I know I will be returning to Howard and his team in Austin.
