After scouting for companies with stellar reputations, Florentino & Sons Roofing & Remodeling stood out with the most and best reviews. Upon calling for an estimate, Nathan was there the next morning. As he conducted the inspection, he allowed me to accompany him and he shared his expert thoughts on the problems with my home's roof. I received the estimate the following day. Once I agreed to their service, they handled the process of acquiring the necessary permit and even adjusted the installation date to fit our home's schedule. They arrived punctually and got to work immediately. All the team members, including Jared and Ernest, were professional and effective. They brought the materials to my home and crafted the gutters on-site, ensuring perfect measurements. They also installed gutter guards at my request, saving me from climbing up there twice a year. They cleaned up thoroughly, hauling away all the old materials. They sealed all the ends and highlighted where the old system had issues. The old gutters were improperly pitched, bent forward, and used downspouts meant for larger gutters, which affected the drainage. I chose a color slightly darker than my siding for a fresh, new look. Since the installation, we've had plenty of rain in Round Rock. Now, I can relax and enjoy the sound of rain hitting my roof, no more water torture from my old downspouts, and no more unwanted waterfalls.
