Review: Getting a new roof was a breeze with Hayes Brothers Roofers LLC. The whole experience was top-notch, but what really impressed me was their focus on customer service. When I first dialed them up for a quote, Jonah picked up and asked if he could call me back. Sure enough, he returned my call within 10 minutes. I got the quote from them via email the very next day, their pricing was more competitive than the other two roofing companies I had contacted, and they were quicker to provide their estimates as well. I had specifically asked for the roof to be installed according to IBHS Fortified standards to lower my windstorm and hail insurance premiums. The Hayes Brothers team guided me on where to find the necessary information as this process demanded additional homeowner involvement. After I had sorted out those details, Jonah came over with a contract and some shingle samples. All the materials were delivered a few days later. They would have started work that very day, but bad weather got in the way. They needed two clear days to get the job done. On the next bright day, Jonah was at my place by 8 am, as were Bradley, the project lead, and his crew. They got set up super quickly and started removing the old shingles by 8:15. Bradley was also there, overseeing the project, as he's well-experienced with IBHS Fortified roofs. The crew worked till sundown and incredibly managed to finish the installation in just a day. They left my yard cleaner than it was before they started. Jonah swung by the next day to ensure I had everything I needed for the warranty. He did a final walk-around to check there was no leftover trash (there wasn't), and accepted payment. I would definitely hire Hayes Brothers Roofers LLC again and highly recommend them to anyone in round rock looking for a new roof.
