Review: Using the often repeated phrase, 'the best' is the only way I can describe my experience with Henry & Sons Roof Repair. Over a span of 45 years and three different houses in various neighborhoods of Austin, I have never collaborated with a more outstanding roofing company. Every interaction with them was an absolute delight. Our first meeting, discussion, and the process of budget creation and pricing was conducted with utmost transparency. Theodore, Luis, and Javier were more than helpful in answering all our queries and assisted us in dealing with the insurance adjusters. They were not only respectful and industrious but also made sure the premises were clean after the job was done. We decided to utilize their services for the entire project - roofing, painting, and gutters, and looking back, we are extremely pleased with our decision. Their thoroughness and attention to detail were exceptional. Their prices were affordable and the work completed in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them. Review: To begin with, Javier might just be the most understanding roofer on the planet. I was indecisive for a long time before finally settling on my initial choice--a galvalume roof. The installation process was smooth, and I felt completely at ease leaving for the holidays while the roofing team continued to work. Upon my return to Austin, I was greeted by my stunning new roof, and my neighbors couldn't stop praising how hard Javier's crew had been working. There was one minor issue with a tricky part of the finished roof at the front of the house where one of the panels had a slightly uneven edge. While I don't think most homeowners would have even noticed, Javier was quick to address it and had Luis straighten it out. I had gotten quotes from three other roofing companies in Austin, but I chose Javier largely because his company specializes in metal roofs. I'm absolutely pleased with my decision. They are an honest roofing service that genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction. They deserve more than five stars!

Review: we hired a roofing company to do a full roof replacement. the entire process was quite pleasing. they were really patient with us while we were picking out a color for the shingles, even though there was a shortage of the color we wanted. they didn't give up and finally managed to find the color we wanted. their professionalism was top-notch from start to finish and their final cleanup was the best we've ever seen. this is a really great company to choose if you need a new roof. you won't be let down. a big thank you to Javier, Luis, Theodore and the whole team, we adore our new roof!!!
