Review: Unethical. Unreliable. Untrustworthy.This company was assigned the job of repairing our microwave by our home warranty company.1. They didn’t show up or call on the day they were assigned.2. When contacted, they rescheduled for another date and didn’t show up or call.3. They haven’t returned phone calls or texts since 2 days before the 2nd appointment.4. They convinced me they had performed a virtual visit between the 2 appointments when I sent them a photo of the microwave at their request. Therefore, I needed to CashApp them the service fee. Regrettably, I did.
