Review: These guys are heroes. Winter freeze / snow storm wrecked my trees and we had to deal with some roof damage. If you are looking for a professional roofing company that is focused on the relationship and quality, these are the guys you want on your roof. Some companies wouldn’t even return my call, given the backlog of business from the storm BUT Zane and his crew showed up to give me a quote right after the storm, then unexpectedly went ahead and just knocked out the repairs on the spot! They even helped me remove some remaining branches off my shed. I got a personal walkthrough on my roof with his crew and they showed me examples and what to look for when identifying damage. He took the time to talk to me about ideas for framing out my awning so that I could upgrade it to a new metal roof. They even referred me to someone to frame it out. I know this company does high end jobs as well and probably had big jobs to get to after the storm, but they came out and spent time making sure I was taken care of, treating me like any big paying customer. I highly recommend and can’t say enough about the work they did and especially the people themselves that came out. Top notch all the way! I have future plans for a metal roof and will be using this company in the future. Zane even talked to me about improving my home value- he has extensive real estate background also. Birdcreek Roofing is a huge win and basically saved the day!

Review: We had our roof replaced a few months ago by a different roofing contractor after a particularly violent hail storm.This week, during a heavy rain storm, we had water leaking into hour house from both the flashing around the chimney and into our eaves where our new gutters had been improperly installed.Rather than chase issues as they occured with our new roof, we decided to hire Legacy to conduct a thorough roof inspection as a neutral third party.I called the number listed for Legacy on Google; which was answered immediately by Zane the owner. I briefly explained the situation, he took down our information and agreed to meet me the next day.Zane arrived on site, on time and introduced himself and his business. I gave him the more detailed version of our roofing saga to which he commented helpfully and affirmed what I'd come to suspect; that we'd been taken advantage of as first time home owners by manipulative contractors.He proceeded to inspect the roof, gutters and eaves ultimately coming to the conclusion that while the roofing job was acceptable, the new gutters were improperly installed and needed to be redone completely.If I knew then what I know now, I would have hired Zane and Legacy to replace our roof and while I can't change the past, I truly appreciate his honesty and transparency in helping us resolve an unfortunate situation.
