Review: LOA turned a burst pipe fiasco into an absolute blessing. We are thrilled with the work Sam directed in what turned into a major redo of our mid-century modern home in South Austin. From start to finish over our three months of working together, Sam and his teams were professional, punctual and skilled at their trades. And even though we decided to add more work to the contract for him and his team, we still were able to move back home on the original timeline! Sam was incredible to work with, he has an eye for detail, and an ability to translate processes into layman’s terms so we were always in the know of who and what were happening next. Sam runs a tight, clean ship, and didn’t lose a day to scheduling. Behind the scenes, LOA keeps clear records of pricing and draws, and even has an in-house insurance adjuster to help us. While we’re thrilled to be back in our beautiful new home, we’re sad to not see Sam, his brother Jon, Gilbert, Jesus, Elvis, and the rest of the crew! Review: Travis Cheeks, came out to our home the other day and was very informative knowledgeable, and most importantly honest about the condition of our roof.He made me feel safe and secure about the new roof that was going on.Travis went about and beyond, even buying me a cup of coffee.The roof was done in ONE DAY. I couldn't believe how fast our roof was replace. The crew that worked made sure no mess, debris or nails were left behind.I'm going to recommend LOA to anyone and everyone, because I believe everyone needs to have this kind of experience.I'll most definitely be recommending Travis Cheeks as well.

Review: LOA Construction was hired to replace my roof and repair other damage inside the house, resulting from the damaged roof.They did an amazing job from start to finish. A contact person, Arthur Harris, was assigned to me. He contacted me regularly throughout the job. I was able to communicate with him either through text or phone call. If I had a question, he either answered the phone, or called me back within an hour.(A direct contact to a live human!)They provided detailed descriptions and pricing for the work accompanied by pictures of both before and after.They also handled all the paperwork with my insurance company.The work was done excellently and completed much more quickly than I expected.I would choose this company to work on another project without hesitation, and I highly recommend them.
