Review: I am so glad I chose Straight Solutions to replace my 30+ year old asphalt roof with a beautiful metal one! They are through, professional, efficient and expert in their trade.Their prices are fair and they communicate well. Both Brian and Ben were happy to talk with me as much as I needed to understand the pros and cons of the roof upgrade and to make my decisions to move forward with the job. Their company name suits them; they were very straightforward with no gimmicks or up selling attempts. They’re solid!They cut the sheets of metal on site at my property, cleaned throughly each day of the job, and made sure one place where the structure had rotted away was thoroughly repaired at a fair price before getting started.My favorite part about Straight Solutions; they are a multi generational family company from Austin and they have been working with their same crew for 30 years. Supporting local “mom and pop” businesses, and contractors who value their long time workers is so important to me!Nice job Straight Solutions. Review: It was a pleasure working with Ben and the whole Straight Solutions crew. They did a fantastic job converting our shingles to a beautiful metal roof, and answered my many questions along the way. We went out for multiple bids, and Straight was a great value for the double crimped and Kynar coated. We've received compliments from the whole neighborhood.

Review: I highly recommend Ben Fuller and Straight Solutions! They were very easy to deal with and provided good value for a quality product. From the first call, Ben was professional and highly engaged. He submitted a bid quickly and at a fair price. After engagement, he called regularly to keep me updated on the schedule and weather contingency. His crew was great as well. They did a professional job and ensured the site was clean daily. I have already received compliments on the roof from builder friends. I hope to never need another roof after this one, though if I did Ben would be my first call.
